If you have changed your mind and you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Boulder Creek Outdoors may offer an exchange on selected items strictly within 14 days provided that the merchandise: is in sellable condition, is unworn or unused with all original sealed packaging and tags attached.

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we as a business are at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

• If there is a failure with the item, at our discretion, we may replace the item or provide the customer with a credit note.
• Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
• We will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Credit notes are valid for 1 month from date of issue.
• Items do not come with a warranty.
